A true celebration of Spring, this traditional pale bock bier was brewed with Czech Saaz hops, Minnesota grown Pilsner Malt, and Canadian Mars Malt. A full bodied lager with notes of fresh cut hay, wildflower honey, and hints of grape nuts cereal.
Following tradition, this beer was brewed in the winter, lagered cold, then released after the passing of Lent.
Malts: Pilsner, Mars, Acidulated / Hops: Czech Saaz / Yeast: House Lager Strain / Water: Charleston’s finest filtered
