BREWER / CELLARPERSON (Listed 5-21-26)

We are hiring a full-time Brewer / Cellarperson.

We are a small and dedicated team with the highest commitment to quality and a passion for mostly traditional beer styles.  

We are looking for a person with a minimum of 2 years experience in a brewery (ideally distribution/production focused).  An ideal candidate will have strong cellar experience.  A cellarperson is responsible:

  1. Sanitary transfer of beers from FV to BBT

  2. Filtering (Plate and Frame)

  3. CIP of FVs and BBTs

  4. Washing Kegs

  5. Dry Hopping

  6. Harvesting Yeast

  7. Washing and Filling Kegs

A well rounded candidate will also be comfortable on the brew deck (hot side) and our canning line.  Our brewers are cross trained to be able to assist or operate any part of our facility.

An ideal candidate will be even tempered, able to work in challenging environments (no air conditioning or heat), detail oriented, and a desire to learn.  Brewery employees must be able to work safely, follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), and be reliable and self motivated.  Additionally, brewery work is physically demanding.  A brewer must be able to lift 55# repetitively, stand for many hours at a time, crouch, climb and listen to many varieties of music throughout many hours of the day.  We have fun at work, but we are only interested in responsible/mature candidates.  Must be 21+ years of age.  The job is full time and will require 5 hours of paid overtime each week.  Must have Monday through Friday availability.

Compensation:

  • 54K to 64K per year depending on experience

  • Health care plan option

  • Paid Time Off (1 wk after 1 yr & 2 wk after 2 yrs)

  • Paid Holidays
