Named for one of the world’s greatest horse races that takes place each year near Liverpool, England, this English Style Barley was made with 100% English grown malt and hops and fermented with one of our favorite yeast from London. Complex malty aroma with notes of strawberry hard candy and caramel dipped ripe fruit. Delicious when aged in a cool dark place for 1 - 3 years (untapped keg or unopened bottle).
