Haust is the Icelandic word for Autumn and that is what we we celebrate! The sun begins to slump a little lower in the sky and the nights begin to cool. The bounty from the summer garden annexes the kitchen counter and the rewards for enduring the summer no longer seem distant! This beer abides! A clean malty backbone that is reminiscent of fresh baked bread and hint of toasty sweetness. It is a for celebrate and worth celebrating all the same!
